COMMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JAZZ CRUISES, LLC PROGRAM FOR WTAN MEMBERS

1. Commissions may be earned from the sale of Jazz Cruises, LLC Programs (“JCPs”) only by qualified, active WTAN members. No other travel agent or agency will be entitled to earn commissions.
2. Documents will be sent either to the WTAN member or to the guest, as directed by the WTAN member, but no documents will be sent unless and until there has been full payment for the applicable JCP.
3. Commissions are paid from one week prior to sailing date, again, providing that full payment has been received for the JCP.
4. Any person/s who has ever booked directly with, and sailed on, a JCP is considered a Jazz Cruises LLC’s “house account” and cabin sales considered house accounts are non-commissionable.
5. Commissionable cabins for each JCP may be capacity controlled, both as to number of cabins for sale and types of cabins for sale.
6. WTAN members qualify for Travel Agent discount on their personal cabins based on the follow additional cabin sales: 2% per cabin, capped at 5 cabins for a total discount on their personal cabin of 10%
7. WTAN members who sail as a passenger with Jazz Cruises, LLC on full or agent discounted fares are not permitted to solicit fellow passengers onboard. Such practice will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of any commissions then due, as well as being disembarked off the ship at the next port of call.
8. Returning guests who previously booked through a WTAN member agency and purchases another JCP cabin, either by (a) booking directly with Jazz Cruises LLC onboard, (b) booking directly with Jazz Cruises, LLC through its offices or (c) through the same WTAN member agency for any JCP sailing the following year, will qualify the WTAN member agency to receive their applicable commission rate. This shall apply for the applicable guest for a period not exceeding five consecutive years . To qualify for Returning Guest Commissions (“RGC”), the WTAN member must remain active in selling cabins on Jazz Cruises LLC cruises( active is defined as “selling one new cabin in following year of sailings), and requires the WTAN member submitting a name list of these guests to Timeless Destinations LLC.
9. Should a WTAN reservation cancel for any reason whatsoever, Jazz Cruises LLC reserves the right to recall all commissions due or paid.
10. In submitting credit card payment on behalf of the guest, the WTAN member acknowledges that they have full authority to charge the client’s account and they hold the client’s “signature on file”.
11. By completing the reservation form you agree to comply with and be bound by the aforementioned terms and conditions, which we may change at any time by posting notice on the Jazz Cruises LLC web site.

JCLLC, Timeless Destinations, LLC, their management, partners, directors, investors, staff and family members are not liable nor responsible for Travel Agent misrepresentation, further they have the right to, without cause, revoke and or recall WTAN membership and/ or commissions due, and change amend and alter any and all of the above terms and conditions. It is the WTAN members responsibility to check JCLLC website and the WTAN terms and conditions section for such changes.
